Our company was founded by long-term Toy industry veteran Steve Reece. Since our business began back in 2011 we have helped hundreds of Toy & Games companies with clients ranging from the biggest Toy companies in the world through to one person start ups. 1. TOY CONSULTANCY

2. TOY CO GROWTH BOOSTER PROGRAM

Our flagship Consultancy service has helped many now $multi-million Toy companies and Board Game companies to plan and execute business growth. Under this service, we bring our considerable experience and knowledge to bear for your business - from setting up new Distribution, to finding factories, freelancers and so much more, we have helped dozens of companies via this service.

Our Toy Co Growth Booster program is normally over subscribed. Steve, our Managing Director runs all projects directly himself, and we won't do this with more than 3 companies at a time. The program has a format we follow, but it is also at the same time bespoke to your company, your goals, your challenges and your opportunities.  When a client just wants international sales acceleration, we deploy our knowledge of the categories you operate in, as well as our contact lists of thousands and thousands of Toy companies, distributors and sales reps around the world. Sometimes the issue is not a sales issue though, sometimes the issue lies in a lack of sales resource, a product line limitation or a business strategy misfire, we also help our clients with this.

  • The Toy Co Growth Booster program costs £3,750 (British pounds, +VAT if applicable) or $5,000 USD per month, payable at the start of each month of working together.

  • The program usually needs a minimum of two months to be effective, but we have worked with clients for anywhere from 1 month to several years on this service.

  • During the time we work together we will supply the services outlined, but also try to meet all needs & requests of our clients.​

3. TOY BUSINESS CONSULTANCY CALLS

This is the entry point service for working with us. We conduct a limited number of fixed cost Consultancy calls each month. These are booked in advance, and we have to limit the number of calls we can take due to the pressures of our Consultancy project workload.

​

During the calls we can offer our thoughts and feedback on all aspects of the toy business from how to bring a new toy to market, to manufacturing through to feedback on your toy concepts. We can also give you some additional contacts of key people across the toy business from distributors to factories to product developers. Please note these calls normally last for around 60-90 minutes, which is reflected in the costs. If you want us to review and sign your NDA (non-disclosure agreement) we can do, but we have to charge extra to cover the time taken to review, amend and sign.

COST: Our Toy & Game Business Consultancy calls cost £500. If you need us to sign and NDA = £700 GBP or $800 usd (subject to acceptable terms in the NDA)

4. RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY AND HEADHUNTING FOR SENIOR ROLES IN THE TOY & GAME INDUSTRY

We help Toy & Game companies fill Senior roles. From Sales Directors to General Managers, we've got your back. 

We are Toy people recruiting Toy people for Toy companies. We use our extensive contact networks and social media following to invite a broad range of applicants, then we use our industry knowledge to screen out unsuitable candidates before you spend any time looking at Resumes/CVs. Our interview process sees us (politely) interrogate applicants with a level of details and business reality that sees only the most genuinely qualified candidates are sent to interview with you.

5. STRATEGIC SOURCING CONSULTANCY – The world of Toy & Game Sourcing is changing. China's role is evolving as the Chinese economy continues to advance. We have helped 5/10 of the world's biggest Toy companies with their Strategic Sourcing Diversification efforts in other geographies outside China.
